How do I place a new order?

Ordering from NCR Pads is easy...


...all done, you will now receive an e-mail with an attached PDF invoice for this order. We will keep you updated via e-mail at various stages of the order process including when your order has been dispatched.

How do I place a repeat order?

Only orders placed via our standard price list after March 2018 can be repeated via your account, this function is not available on orders that were bespoke. In this instance, please get in touch with your previous order number.

How do I send you my print ready artwork?

Once you have placed your order online and made payment, the next screen that displays will give you the opportunity to upload your artwork to our server. Further information can be found here: Sending your Artwork.

I want to add your design service to my order, how do I do this?

Please navigate to the required product on our website, select a specification from the drop down box and click 'View Prices'. A pricing table will be displayed, the set design fee for your chosen product and option to add this to your order will be displayed at the bottom of this pricing table. Once you have placed your order online we will contact you with regards to your design requirements. Further information can be found here: NCR Design Service.
