Quadruplicate (4 Part) NCR Books are ideal when the original document plus 3 additional copies are required. Our strong and sturdy books are perfect for use by Tradespeople, who regularly use them out of the office. They are typically used as invoices and worksheets; however, as they can be printed with any design of your choice, they are extremely versatile.
Each book consists of 50 sets and all sheets within the book are perforated, meaning they can easily be torn out to give to customers if required or left in the book for safe storage.
Requests for a different paper colour/order, binding on a different edge or if you do not want all parts perforated can be specified in the 'Special Instructions' box on the payment page. Optional extras can be selected during the order process.
Prices shown on our website are based on the most cost effective method of production; we print on both 60gsm (reel) and 75gsm (sheet) NCR paper as standard. The stock we use will depend on the quantity ordered and will vary per product and possibly per order. For example, if you initially order 20 books then have a subsequent re-print of 60 books, the paper weight used will differ due to the change in production method required for the increase in volume.
If a specific paper weight is required then please check with us prior to placing your order. We can print on other weights of NCR paper but these would not be included in the prices shown online and would have to be quoted separately.
Everything we print is bespoke which means that we can print any design onto your chosen product. We do not offer standard templates for invoices/forms/receipts etc, so if you do not already have your own print ready artwork then you will need to add our set design fee to your order so that we can create a document for you. Alternatively, you may wish to create your own design, please see our artwork specifications to ensure your file is print ready.

A: During the order process you will be able to enter the start number required. The position can be shown by uploading 2 files for your order; a visual showing the numbering position for reference and a second print ready file with the numbering removed.
A: No problem, we can collate in a different order and we also offer blue paper, there is no extra charge for this, you just have to let us know your specific requirements in the 'Special Instructions' box which can be found on the payment page.
A: Please allow a 2cm margin within your finished page size for the binding of books, this is the space required for the staples, spine tape and perforation and can be on any edge, we would recommend a 1cm margin within your finished page size on all other edges.
A: Yes, all books come with a plain front cover as standard. If required, printed front covers can be added from the 'optional extras' section during the order process.
A: No, we use special NCR paper which totally eliminates the need for the traditional blue carbon paper.
A: Yes, all parts are perforated as standard, allowing you to remove or leave sheets in as you prefer. If you would like the bottom copy to be 'fast' (no perforation so it cannot be removed easily), you just have to let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box which can be found on the payment page.
