If you regularly order NCR Pads, Books or Loose Sets from us, it’s likely that you are reordering the same item(s) frequently. Digging through old emails, double checking specifications and keeping track of numbering can be time consuming and frustrating.
That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to repeat your NCR orders.
With our new Repeat Order feature, you can place a new NCR order in just a few clicks, using the exact same specifications as before.
When you log in to your account, you’ll see a list of your previous orders. Simply find the NCR order you’d like to repeat, click ‘Repeat’ and proceed to the checkout.
All of the original settings are automatically applied – including paper type, paper colour order, sizes and numbering – so there’s no need to start from scratch or worry about missing something important.
Once an order has been repeated the option to repeat that order again will not be possible, ensuring only the most recent order can be repeated going forward.
It’s ideal for businesses that order the same NCR products regularly, whether weekly, monthly or whenever stock runs low.
When repeating an order, you stay in full control of your artwork. You can:
This means you get the speed of reordering without losing the flexibility to make updates when needed. This is particularly useful for complicated jobs where a small artwork amend has been made.
If your original NCR order included sequential numbering, the system will automatically continue from where the last order finished. This removes the risk of duplicate numbers or broken sequences – something that’s especially important for invoices, delivery notes and job sheets.
No manual calculating and no mistakes.
On occasion, you may wish to change the start number, for example a few pads were lost. This is no problem and the start number can be amended during the reorder process.
If the address for delivery has changed since your last order, this can also be amended during the reorder process.
When checking out, we recommend adding an order reference for your own use – this could be a job name, artwork name or an internal purchase order number. This makes it much easier to locate and repeat the right order in the future, particularly if you place lots of different orders with us.
This small step can save a lot of time later!
The repeat order function is only available on standard NCR products that were initially ordered from our website catalogue. Bespoke orders cannot be repeated, we will need to send you a bespoke order link again.
